Everything I offer is for everyone. Effiji Breath is an inclusive practice and so am I. I am intentional in my work. I was once a fool stumbling through an open doorway. Now, when I show up, I trust that we’re meeting for a divine purpose, no matter how random it may appear. I am on your side. I am here for your healing. Your dreams are meant to be uncovered and actualized. I’ll see you on the ride.
Private Sessions
The Effiji Breath experience is a mysterious journey. Done in a private session, you’ll come face-to-face with the obstacles that keep you from living your most full, purposeful life.
These obstacles come in the form of patterns, traumas, overthinking, and lots of other energetic material that gets excavated during the breathwork process.
I am there to guide you and help you clear the energy, so that you come out of it feeling more peaceful and clear in your mind.
A private session IS the deep end of the ocean where we get to connect, co-create the space, and work towards your total liberation.
Done in-person or virtually.
Small Group
A private setting amongst friends and family is an extraordinary experience. When you create an event for the people closest to you, you provide a safe container to get the most from an Effiji Breath session.
A small group gathering is for 3 or more people at a location provided by you, at my studio in Germantown, Louisville, KY, or online.
I will come to you to facilitate the session and give time for everyone to share, ask questions, and get dynamic feedback.
These events are intimate and powerful.
